The mission of the Bradford Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) shall be to make loans to Bradford-based businesses that have the potential to increase employment within the Town, to grow Bradford-based businesses, and to improve the general welfare of the Town using generally accepted principals of sound banking. The RLF shall also provide loans for façade improvement for businesses located in the central business district. This is a loan fund; all loans must be repaid in full. This is not a grant program.
